# Source and independence notice The reference repository is AGPL-3.0-only. It was inspected read-only to understand option semantics and mathematical behavior. No reference JavaScript, comments, prose blocks, UI components or runtime code were imported, executed, transformed or bundled in these deliverables. Its declared license remains unchanged. The new adapter, UI module, tests and documentation were authored independently. The numerical arrangement formulas, conventional symbolic names and factual expected results are described explicitly; the runtime uses a destination-to-source formulation, while the independent test oracle advances tokens through explicit circular successor lists. Three short numerical fixture sets record facts from the pinned reference tests, with provenance in qimen-flying-fixtures.json. They are not copied test implementations or a claim that the reference's historical assertions were independently verified. The existing independently authored MIT Qimen runtime and its documented public-domain/traditional source conventions supply the calendar, ju resolution and optional rotating layers. The adapter is a bounded composition. In particular, the reference-defined nine-position gate variant is not presented as a universally established nine-door tradition; its middle slot is a non-divinatory placeholder. There are no new dependencies. The host's already installed lunar calendar runtime and linkedom are used only via the declared adapter/test interfaces. No credential, private API, system service or browser route was used. See PARITY-LEDGER.md for exact source links and unsupported boundaries. MIT licensing here is an authorship statement about these new files, not legal advice or an assertion that any upstream code can be relicensed.
