PROVENANCE / SEPARATE SOURCE MATERIAL Engine, tests, structured source fixtures, specification and original conditional reflection wording are independently written. No Horosa code, data, translated prose, AGPL implementation, modern fortune corpus or modern author commentary was imported. The existing independently authored heluo subset and Yi engine were inspected read-only; they are not runtime imports of this new engine. Ancient rules are factual algorithm descriptions. The named source is the 1929 Wenming Shuju 河洛理數 scan from the National Library of China, shelfmark MG/B221.5/22/:1-2, 279 PDF pages. Wikimedia Commons identifies this mechanical scan as public domain. The 1929 publication is also older than 95 years in 2026. The scan is research evidence, not new MIT-authored material; retain its source and catalog link if redistributing it. This is a provenance statement, not a warranty covering every jurisdiction or every potential editorial contribution.
